TCA’s first president is CN President James S. Hungerford, but the company's Vice-President of Operations, Philip Gustav Johnson, also does a lot of the heavy lifting. Company headquarters are founded in Montreal, and the operational base is in Winnipeg. By year's end in 1937, TCA’s payroll numbers 71. Employees conduct daily training flights between Winnipeg, Regina, Lethbridge and Vancouver.
